We want you to love your Scent-Sationals freshie! Because our freshies are handmade, there are a few important things to know before ordering.

Scent Life

Freshie fragrances typically last 3–8 weeks. Scent strength and longevity can vary depending on the fragrance selected, temperature, airflow, and other environmental conditions. Some fragrances naturally smell stronger or last longer than others.

Handmade with Care

Every Scent-Sationals freshie is individually handcrafted to order using quality aroma beads and premium fragrance oils. Because each one is handmade, no two freshies will be exactly alike.

Handmade Variations

Slight variations in color, pattern placement, glitter, rhinestones, embellishments, and decorative details are a normal part of the handmade process and make each freshie unique.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.

White & Light-Colored Freshies

Please note that fragrance oils can sometimes give white or very light-colored freshies a slightly off-white or creamy appearance. This is normal and does not affect the quality or fragrance of the freshie.

Decorative Beads & Hanging String

Freshies may include a coordinating decorative bead and hanging string. Bead colors and styles may vary slightly depending on availability and the design of the freshie.

Freshie Care

Hang your freshie freely and avoid allowing it to rest directly against dashboards, plastic, leather, painted surfaces, or other interior surfaces.

Freshies can soften in extreme heat, so use extra care during hot weather.

Keep freshies away from children and pets. Freshies are for fragrance and decorative use only and should not be consumed.
